Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Aspire People Limited. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in primary and SEND schools in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in the classroom and work 1:1 with children
  • Work with small groups and manage classroom resources
  • Manage heightened behaviors and keep children safe
  • Create a positive and safe environment for all learners
Requirements:
  • UK-based experience working with children, ideally in an education setting
  • Experience working with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and other SEND such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties
  • Flexible day-to-day working with the possibility of regular full and part-time work
