We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next challenge. As a natural leader with a passion for producing high-quality food, you'll be responsible for championing excellent service, leading and developing a team, and managing kitchen staff rotas and health and safety.
You'll work closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes, and demonstrate your creativity and ability to drive sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
