About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown plc. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in driving commercial value and ensuring resilience across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain category plans that align with our business and technology strategies to drive commercial value and ensure resilience.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market assessments and supplier negotiations, to establish contract agreements and onboard suppliers.
  • Implement a robust governance framework to manage supplier relationships and ensure delivery of contract obligations.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in building category plans and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with experience in high-value negotiations.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in Financial Services.
  • Good data analytics skills to consolidate financial, risk, and contractual data.
