Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to a culture of care, respect, and independence, upholding our values and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the service.
