Job Title: Assistant Secretary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Secretary to join our in-house legal team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Company Secretary and assisting with various corporate secretarial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and preparing Board and Committee packs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Performing quality assurance on materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing administrative support to the Company Secretary, including diary management and correspondence
  • Assisting with the preparation of meeting materials, including agendas and minutes

Requirements:

  • ICS A qualifications (partial or full) and experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
