Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5 tonne driver to join our team at Staffing Match. As a 7.5 tonne driver, you will be responsible for driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle, working with an experienced driver's mate or driver, and delivering goods to customers' homes or flats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Work with an experienced driver's mate or driver to deliver goods to customers' homes or flats
  • Unload goods and deliver to room of choice
  • Complete paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Perform heavy lifting and other physical tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Hold a 7.5 tonne licence or above
  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience as a 7.5 tonne driver
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be able to work long days as required
  • Have a DBS and pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Have no more than 6 penalty points or disqualifications
