JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Senior Contracts Officer to join their team in Rochdale on a 6 to 12 month contract.
The RoleThis is a key position that requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
As a Senior Contracts Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing commercial aspects of bids, working closely with the Estimating Officer to ensure timely submission and adherence to governance procedures.
- Producing high-quality bid documents, including PowerPoint presentations, to support business development initiatives.
- Providing commercial support to the Business Development team, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
- Organizing and leading Gate Reviews, ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and HSE requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Attaining satisfactory compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and HSE requirements.
- Developing strong commercial relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Utilizing MS software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to manage bid processes and commercial activities.
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
