We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SER (Staffing) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for exploring and expanding opportunities for our linear LED solutions beyond the traditional lighting design community.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Business Development: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Technical Services department and Manufacturing team to deliver customized solutions.
- Liaison: Maintain effective communication with manufacturers, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Sales Funnel Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel, tracking and managing potential opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of our business.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to our Sales Director on progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Experience: Proven experience in lighting sales, preferably with a focus on tape products.
- Industry Contacts: Established network within the target customer segments including M&E Consultants, end clients, retail rollouts, specialist contractors, and interior designers.
- Self-Starter: Energetic, confident, and proactive with a drive to succeed.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
At SER (Staffing) Ltd, we are a leading provider of high-quality linear LED solutions designed for architectural and decorative lighting applications. Our products are based on premium, EU-manufactured LED tape with top-quality components. Assembled to order at our production/manufacturing facility, we market directly to the UK architectural specification sector.
What We Offer- Competitive Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Electric Car, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Uncapped Commission structure.
