Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company is a market leader within the beverages industry, owning a number of well-known brands that are supplied into the on-trade and off-trade markets across the country.

Job Description

As a Sales Development Executive, you will be selling into the on-trade market (licensed bars, restaurants, hotels, and pubs) with the majority of your working week spent meeting clients face-to-face. This is an entry-level role, with full training provided across a mix of classroom learning and on-the-job training with the existing sales team.

Benefits

  • £30k base salary
  • £35k OTE
  • 25 days + bank holidays
  • £5000 per annum car allowance

Career Development

Success in the role could see you move into an Account Management role within 12-24 months, as well as a variety of other potential directions within the business. This is an entry-level role, meaning there is no pre-requisite for direct business-to-business sales experience. University graduates would be considered for the role, as well as candidates that feel they have a transferable working background from previous positions.
