Job Title: Field Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead Aberdeen.

About the Role

  • Support the development and implementation of client care plans, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
  • Conduct regular supervisions and quality assurance checks with care professionals.
  • Collaborate with the client experience team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and care professional interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
  • Conduct client reviews and implement changes as necessary.
  • Support the recruitment and training of new care professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in the care sector, delivering a range of personal care services.
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in care management technology and Microsoft Office.
  • Full driving license and means of transport.
