Key Responsibilities
As a Repair Sales & Service Coordinator, you will engage in various customer service functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing quotes for repair services and managing approvals
- Delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborating with sales teams to finalize orders
- Handling customer quotes that are not assigned to a specific salesperson
- Maintaining proactive communication with customers
- Securing approvals for scrapping or returning items
- Following up on open quotes to obtain necessary approvals
- Expediting repair orders and providing status updates to customers
- Completing assigned tasks with a focus on customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile
You will bring your prior Customer Service experience to this role, complemented by your proficiency in computer applications and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, as Radwell operates on an international level, and any language skills will enhance your application.
