Job Title: Assistant Team Manager - Children Looked After Team

Location: Durham, UK

Hourly Rate: £27 - £35 per hour

About Us:

Randstad Care is a leading provider of recruitment services for the care sector. We are excited to partner with the CLA Team in Durham to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Team Manager.

In this role, you will provide support and oversight to the CLA team, ensuring high-quality care and support for children and young people in care. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement care plans, provide guidance and support to staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management and oversight of the CLA team

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a children's services team
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and care standards
