Job Title: Health and Safety Officer (Part-time)

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all health and safety matters, including audits, workplace inspections, machine inspections, risk assessments, and general health and safety administration.

About the Role:
  • Work on-site 3 days per week, handling all health and safety matters
  • Handle audits, workplace inspections, machine inspections, risk assessments, and general health and safety administration
  • Work with a busy engineering site in South Leicestershire
  • Permanent position with a competitive salary of £40K - £45K per year (pro-rata)
Requirements:
  • A solid work history in a similar role (ideally with an engineering background)
  • Local to Lutterworth/South Leicestershire (we are not looking for extended commutes)
  • Outgoing, friendly, and easy to get along with
  • Someone who understands practical health and safety, not just the theoretical aspects
