Position Overview

Elite Personnel is in search of a dedicated and skilled Showroom Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in managing the daily functions of our showroom, ensuring top-notch customer service, fostering sales growth, and upholding a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Showroom Operations Supervisor will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Oversee daily showroom operations: This includes managing opening and closing routines, handling inventory, and ensuring effective visual displays.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute strategies aimed at boosting sales and increasing revenue, which may involve promoting new offerings, organizing in-store events, and managing special promotions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, place orders as necessary, and ensure precise tracking and reporting of products.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes to enhance growth.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee the showroom budget, focusing on cost control and maximizing profitability.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Showroom Operations Supervisor position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in Bicycle Sales: A background in bicycle sales is essential.
  • Retail Management Experience: Proven managerial experience within a retail setting.
  • Sales Growth Record: A demonstrated history of driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
Work Schedule and Benefits
