We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Shift Engineer to join our team at Options Resourcing. As a Senior Maintenance Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical site in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance engineers to perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential maintenance issues
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Electrical or mechanical qualifications, such as HNC/HND or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a critical site environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks
