Job Title: Salesforce Administrator / Functional Consultant

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £60k depending on experience

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Functional Consultant to join our team. As a senior member, you'll be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce applications, translating business needs into technical solutions, and providing ongoing support and training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet client requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and design solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom features and integrations.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of Salesforce training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar certification is required; additional certifications like Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally other Salesforce products.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
