At TECHOHANA, we're seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining our processes and enhancing our onsite Salesforce platform.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration. Your expertise should include configuration changes, such as flows, rules, approvals, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, and other maintenance routines. You should also be comfortable building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver business value and streamline processes.

As a Salesforce Senior Administrator, you'll be responsible for investigating defects, referring complex bug fixes for future development sprints, and upskilling internal teams on Salesforce features and functionality. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are highly encouraged but not mandatory.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team and taking ownership of their work. You should have experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and be able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders in the business.

Key Responsibilities:
