Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a talented Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Hampton by Hilton Nuneaton.

About the Role

As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office Team and driving our Hilton Honors enrolments. You will achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction by providing an efficient, brand-specific, friendly and hospitable arrival and departure experience. You will also develop a high-performing guest operations team and deliver brand-specific customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Office Team and Guest Operations Manager in leading the department
  • Drive our Hilton Honors enrolments and generate room revenue
  • Achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction through efficient and friendly service
  • Develop a high-performing guest operations team and deliver brand-specific customer experiences
  • Serve as a point of contact for regular and VIP Guests
  • Complete daily admin duties
  • Welcome guests on arrival, deal with during stay queries and handle departure
  • Supervise, lead and coach the front line team to reach their potential
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
