Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our menu offerings and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and efficiency within the kitchen team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all food items, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to junior chefs, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
  • Proven Culinary Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of menu development and team leadership.
  • Culinary Qualifications: Hold a recognized culinary qualification, such as a City & Guilds or NVQ in Culinary Arts.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Health and Safety: Hold a valid Food Safety Certification and be familiar with health and safety regulations.
