Store Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Associate to join our team at Pertemps Solihull. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Efficiently manage inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
