Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Sell products by providing information on features, pricing, and benefits
- Handle transactions accurately using electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Monitor and replenish stock levels
- Upsell additional products to customers
- Process orders and returns efficiently
- Book Stock In/Customers for fittings.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; being multilingual is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Upselling skills to promote additional products to customers
- Excellent phone etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries
- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy and well-presented store

Pay: £14.92-£15.43 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
