Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of the iPMO in creating a project management environment that ensures successful delivery across the Major Projects Directorate Portfolio.
  • Work with individual project teams to identify, manage, monitor, and report key benefits, providing assurance to the Head of the iPMO and the Major Projects Director.
  • Ensure Project controls acts as the custodian of programme methodology and programme management standards, producing key deliverables.
  • Establish consistent practices and standards for project planning, reporting, deliverables management, dependencies, change control, risks, and issues management.
  • Develop and maintain the Portfolio Dependency Log, ensuring that Projects/Programmes are actively identifying and managing dependencies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Agile project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
