WeRecruit Auto Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our Production Workshop in Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee site and employee performance, ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining high levels of quality and customer service.
- Ensure policy and process are followed, and consistency is maintained across all workshop operations.
- Manage productivity, quality control, and documentation, including check sheets and communication with the Production Director.
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure statutory requirements are fulfilled by operators.
- Ensure non-productive time is kept to a minimum and productivity targets are achieved.
- Previous experience as a site or Bodyshop Manager in the automotive industry.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Body repair of motor vehicles environment.
- Strong people management experience, with the ability to lead a team to deliver results.
- Motor manufacturer qualifications and experience.
We offer a competitive salary in the region of £60-65k basic + Bonus, and the opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry.
