Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team as a Stocktaking Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters to deliver the end-to-end stock taking service
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
  • Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame
  • Monitor and improve team productivity where possible

Requirements:

  • A Full Driving License
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • The ability to remain focused when under pressure
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Working Conditions:

This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts. You will be required to work on client sites, which may involve prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders.

Person Specification:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong background in stocktaking and team management, and are able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, we would like to hear from you.
