Job Title: Retail Team Leader

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for inventory management? We are seeking a Retail Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing time effectively, working without immediate supervision, and being willing to travel to different client sites each day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters
  • Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on client sites
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel to different client sites each day
Requirements:
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and night shifts
  • Ability to travel to different client sites each day
