Job Title: Account Support Executive

Join our team at NEC Software Solutions as an Account Support Executive, where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our internal sales team. As an Account Support Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrable organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and other relevant software applications.
