About the Role

Pico Technology is seeking a seasoned Product Line Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of new and exciting products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project planning, motivating your team, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective project planning to determine the most efficient route to deliver the best outcome
  • Motivating and leading a team of mixed disciplines across hardware and software
  • Communicating and reporting across all stakeholders
  • Performance management and personal development reviews
  • Reinforcing process and contributing to continual process improvements
Requirements
  • Line management and project management experience
  • Good appreciation and preferably experience incorporating management of a multidisciplinary team, technical leadership, mentoring of junior team members, performance management, and personal development
  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar subject
  • Several years of experience in the execution and successful delivery of product development projects
  • Strong leadership and excellent team working capabilities
  • Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills at all levels within a company
