JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Family Solicitor to join our client's team in Southampton. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of family law matters, including children matters, income, pre/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships, and more.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor with 1+ years of PQE to join a progressive and Legal 500-ranked firm in Hampshire. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of 7, including 3 partners and a Head of Family, providing an excellent and nurturing working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including children matters, income, pre/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships, and more.
- Work closely with a team of 7, including 3 partners and a Head of Family, to provide an excellent and nurturing working environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in family law, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of PQE in family law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
