Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Personal/HR Assistant to join our team at MJP Law. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Practice Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary management and prioritization
  • Monitoring mailboxes and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • HR responsibilities, including inductions and documentation of sick and holiday leave
  • Updating the website and literature
  • Ordering supplies and liaising with third parties
  • Assisting with reception cover as needed
  • Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in human resources (preferred)
