About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and mobility support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
