About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team at Superior Healthcare, providing Complex Care services to individuals in their own homes.

As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide long-term support to individuals with complex needs, including those with tracheostomies, ventilation, and PEG feeding.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 – 12 months experience within the UK healthcare sector.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure to ensure your suitability for the role.
  • Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
