The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Events Office Manager to lead and inspire our team to maximize revenue opportunities for The Lensbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners
- Sales and Marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitor landscape
- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Operations and Administration
- Manage the sales and events operations, including contract management and event planning
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the events team and hotel operations
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and events management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Education
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
