The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Events Office Manager to lead and inspire our team to maximize revenue opportunities for The Lensbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
    • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitor landscape
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage the sales and events operations, including contract management and event planning
    • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the events team and hotel operations

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and events management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Education
    • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
