Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Office Manager to lead our Meetings & Events Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Lead and motivate the Meetings & Events Sales Team to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong understanding of the meetings and events industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Experience with Oracle (Opera) is an advantage
