We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic full-time Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Connaught Grill, a renowned 5-Star Deluxe hotel. Under the guidance of internationally acclaimed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, our intimate 46-seat restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with a focus on British-sourced produce and an extensive wine list.

Key Responsibilities:

As a full-time Commis Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, including attending to their requests, preparing equipment for service, and delivering food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be expected to have a thorough knowledge of hotel information and food and beverage menus.
