Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Till Operator to join our team at Boundary Mill. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases, handling cash and operating the till with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure a visually appealing store display.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers, promoting a positive and inclusive store culture.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably with cash handling responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Manual handling skills, with the ability to lift weights of up to 15kg.
