Finance Assistant Opportunity

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a family-run business to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team on a 6-12 month contract with the possibility of extension.

The Role
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • VAT returns
  • Payroll
  • Reconciliations

As the Finance Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Prepare and submit VAT returns

• Process payroll

• Perform reconciliations

• Other duties as highlighted in the full job description

The Person
  • Experience of using SAGE or Quickbooks
  • Finance Administration/Assistant experience
  • Good IT skills

As the Finance Assistant, you will have the following characteristics:

• Proven experience in finance administration or a related field

• Strong IT skills, including experience with SAGE or Quickbooks

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
