Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee all trades/labour and be involved with the project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be client-facing and IT literate for updating site progress on clients' online system(s).
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate and manage the site team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- SMSTS certification.
- CSCS (Black Card) certification, preferably.
- First Aid certification.
- A joinery background.
Previous refurbishment and fit-out experience within the commercial sector is preferred, but our client will consider those with main contracting management experience.
What We OfferThis is an ongoing contract role starting in October, for a minimum of 4 months with possible extension due to further projects across the region.
The daily rate will be £240 to £250 per shift, depending on location.
