Job Summary:

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of credit control, processing debit notes and issuing credit notes, reconciling bank accounts, and processing supplier invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of credit control to ensure timely account settlements
  • Process debit notes and issue credit notes
  • Reconcile all bank accounts, including multi-currency accounts
  • Process and post supplier invoices
  • Manage monthly payroll, including pension contributions and liaising with HMRC

Requirements:

  • Relevant bookkeeping qualifications or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using SAGE 50 and Sage Payroll
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Previous credit control experience
