About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality audit and accounts services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Audit and Accounts Manager, you will focus on audit and accounts activities.
  • You will support a varied portfolio of clients from owner-managed to not-for-profit organisations.
  • Liaising with the team and client, you will lead audits from planning through to completion.
  • You will provide accountancy and taxation advice and support to clients as necessary.
  • Hosting and conducting pre-audit and post-audit meetings with clients will be a key part of your role.
  • You will assist in the management of a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants.
  • Mentoring colleagues and reviewing their work will be an important aspect of your role.
  • You will contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or nearly qualified.
  • Demonstrable experience within an accountancy firm within a semi-senior or senior audit and accounts role.
  • Technically proficient in audit and taxation with excellent attention to detail.
  • A 'can-do' attitude to problem-solving.
  • Able to manage your own workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
  • Confident working alongside senior management.
