About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Lead Theatre Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to lead and motivate our theatre team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scrub role in consultant lead surgeries
  • Work across a variety of surgeries that range in complexity and specialisms
  • Lead the team and provide training and support
  • Focus on Orthopaedic Surgery
Requirements
  • NMC / HCPC registered with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 2 years experience in Orthopaedic Scrub in the UK
  • Previous experience within a leadership / managerial role in a similar setting
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
