As a Supervisor of the Cleaning Team, you will be responsible for overseeing a thorough cleaning regimen at various client locations, which includes areas such as food preparation equipment, dining spaces, and related facility structures.


Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and collaborate with cleaning personnel, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all sites.
- Communicate effectively with site managers and the office to manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.


What We Require:
- Residency within the Fife area.
- Previous experience in supervising a small team.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including potential weekend and overnight travel.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
