Job Summary

TalentHawk is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Delivery Manager to lead our network infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design and Implementation: Develop and implement network architectures that meet our business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage network infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior network engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Network Security: Develop and implement robust security measures to protect our network from internal and external threats.
  • Network Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network architects, engineers, and IT staff, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements and Skills
  • Experience in Network Infrastructure Management: Proven track record of managing and maintaining large-scale network infrastructure.
  • Project Management Certification: Possession of a recognized project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Network Security Expertise: In-depth knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including mentoring and developing junior staff.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and security measures.
Education and Certifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCDP, or CISSP.
