Job Opportunity

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated F&B Unit Manager to cover maternity leave for approximately 6-7 months. This is a hands-on and full-time opportunity reporting into our Assistant Head of F&B, with responsibility for multiple food units across the park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and direct food and beverage service across multiple food units
  • Maintain equipment to ensure smooth production
  • Recruit and train staff
  • Manage shift scheduling and rotas
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Purchase and control inventory
  • Monitor revenues and expenses
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Available to commit to a contract role
  • Experience in a F&B role managing multiple outlets
  • Experience in high-volume, quick-service, fast-food environments
  • Hands-on and highly organized
  • Flexible to work weekends and evenings
