The Risk Delivery Team distinguishes itself from traditional consulting teams by emphasizing execution over strategy. Our ambition is to transform perceptions of implementation consulting.

As a relatively new team, we engage in impactful work that significantly benefits our clients. Our focus is on optimizing credit-risk models and processes to address intricate challenges faced by leading banks and financial institutions. Examples of our work include:

1. Crafting a new Advanced Internal Rating-Based Approach (AIRB) credit risk model for a major banking institution's mortgage portfolio.

2. Overseeing the comprehensive implementation of a new credit decision-making process.

3. Coordinating complex regulatory initiatives in the credit risk domain.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are in search of exceptional individuals with extensive credit risk knowledge to support our expansion.

We are looking for skilled Senior Delivery Consultants, Delivery Managers, and Senior Delivery Managers to join our team.

These roles present outstanding career advancement opportunities for motivated professionals with relevant experience in modeling and project management within the credit risk sector.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Recognizing that each client project is unique, we value diverse backgrounds and skill sets in our candidates. We seek high-caliber individuals eager to join our expanding team. Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

  • 2-9 years of relevant experience, preferably within a top-tier consulting firm, Big 4, or major banking institution.
  • Specific expertise in credit risk analytics, modeling, or validation.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, SAS, or R (knowledge of Matlab or SQL is advantageous).
  • Experience in project management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal contexts.
  • Fluency in English (and Italian for positions in specific locations).
  • A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance from a reputable academic institution.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, viewing mistakes and weaknesses as opportunities for improvement.
  • A strong sense of ownership, with a willingness to engage in problem-solving.
  • Robust critical thinking abilities, coupled with a natural curiosity to explore underlying reasons.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across various stakeholder levels.
  • Independent thinking, with a proactive approach to enhancing current processes and methodologies.
