**Job Summary**

Merco Medical Staffing Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Paramedic Practitioner to join our team in a permanent capacity. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide clinical assessment and treatment to patients in a variety of settings, including the GP Home Visiting Service and the NHSHome (Virtual Ward) service.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of patients.
  • Conduct investigative procedures as required and sign-post patients to appropriate community services.
  • Support the Clinical Streaming process at University Hospital Lewisham Emergency Department.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a valid Paramedic Practitioner qualification and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Have at least 5 years' experience post-HCPC registration.
  • Be flexible and able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Have a strong desire to reduce unnecessary hospital admissions and improve patient outcomes.
  • Be passionate about providing access to care for patients and improving long-term care for housebound patients with chronic conditions.
