Financial Adviser (Qualified) - Leeds

Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Adviser to act as an intermediary between their organization and customers. As a key member of the team, you will provide clients with expert financial guidance and make recommendations on how to best utilize their financial resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services, including debt management, cash management, insurance coverage, and investments.
  • Assess clients' overall financial picture, understand their needs, and develop a solid financial plan to achieve their goals.
  • Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision by analyzing market trends and providing data-driven advice.
  • Cultivate a strong client base and build win-win relationships through exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Network and generate leads to meet sales quotas, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and market research.
  • Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it as necessary to ensure optimal results.
  • Comply with all relevant industry regulations and maintain strong relationships with providers, solicitors, valuers, and other professionals.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven working experience as a Financial Adviser, Financial Planner, or relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • A track record of successful financial guidance and a strong ability to analyze market data to provide informed advice.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PC software and ability to operate database systems efficiently.
  • A current certificate of qualifications (FCA, CII, DipFA, CISI, or other) and a degree in Finance or a related field (preferable).
