We are seeking an experienced Employment Specialist to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with health support needs to achieve their employment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of up to 25 clients who have health support needs and are motivated to start or return to work.
- Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach, providing person-centred advice and guidance to clients.
- Meet and support clients to understand their key skills, aspirations, and goals through completing a Vocational Profile and producing an Action Plan.
- Assess client's support needs related to work and provide support and guidance.
- Attend regular multidisciplinary team meetings with key partners as an embedded IPS practitioner.
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies.
- Knowledge or experience of employer needs and employer engagement.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
- Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
- A competitive salary of £28,407 per annum (dependent on experience).
