**Job Summary**

Sturdy Products Limited, a leading manufacturer of rotationally moulded plastic products, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual to join our team as a National Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage sales activities in the assigned region, identifying and targeting potential customers, understanding market trends, and developing sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary customer contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining comprehensive account plans for key accounts.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets, monitoring sales performance, analyzing market data, and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure consistent growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and build value propositions, preparing offers for small to big projects, negotiating commercial terms and conditions with customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Complete sales call reports following visits to customers, prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the management team, and provide accurate and timely information on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably working with clients in the fuel forecourt and hospitality industry in the designated areas.
  • Pro-active nature with effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build and manage a sales team.
  • Must hold a full clean driving license and be willing to travel frequently, with a minimum of 70-80% of time spent conducting visits to customers.
  • Living within commutable distance of our sales office for a minimum of 1 day per week.
