What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with the business to drive continuous improvement through process re-engineering and delivery of small change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete end-to-end mapping of processes and analyse them to identify efficiency, control, and automation opportunities.
  • Use stakeholder management to gain insight and buy-in to help identify and implement improvements continuously.
  • Support with the prioritisation of opportunities based on benefit and ease of implementation – using Six Sigma methodology.
  • Responsible for calculating business benefit for all opportunities identified, ensuring all assumptive benefits align to the operational capacity plan.

Requirements

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • PC Literate.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Previous experience of process analysis or experience in a financial services environment.
  • A minimum of two qualifications with PMI, CII, lean six sigma or Prince2/Agile (to be achieved within probation) or equivalent.
  • Pro-active, 'can-do' behaviour and attitude.
