Job Opportunity:

Queens Park Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team at a leading care home provider in Christchurch, Dorset.

About the Role:

  • As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, including those with dementia, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
  • You will lead and empower colleagues to provide outstanding care, regularly updating care plans and promoting independence and dignity for our service users.
  • Requirements include a valid NMC pin, clinical skills, and a passion for caring for the elderly, with a commitment to promoting quality care and adhering to Care Inspectorate Standards and Regulations.
  • As a team player, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
